INVI is looking for a Senior Advisor with strong analytical skills
Do you have peace of mind when meeting with top officials? Do you think about reliability, validity and replicability when faced with a new data set? Can you project manage? And do you have a keen eye for how to recruit respondents for brand new analysis formats? Then you should consider applying for the position of Senior Advisor in INVI.
We create the role together, but overall it will be your task as an advisor to project manage and drive key collaborations with foundations, ministries, municipalities and organizations. As many of these collaborations center around our Wild Problems Model, your strong analytical skills will be important in the meeting with our partners and your new colleagues, which include everything from data scientists to journalists to political scientists, CBS and designers.

At the think tank INVI, we develop visions and tools to give everyone working on wicked problems more strings to their bow. Together with practitioners and experts, we help rethink how we design and deploy policy. We test experimental data-driven methods and AI-based models and are not bound by party politics, bureaucratic battles or commercial interests.
We have high ambitions and lots of exciting projects in the pipeline. As an intern, you'll have plenty of opportunities to put your professional skills into play - whether you study political science, economics, sociology, design, anthropology, data science, business administration, communication, or something else entirely.

INVI is looking for analysts who can contribute to sharp data-driven projects and innovative use of AI in tackling society's wicked problems
Are you good at data science? Can you deliver sharp analysis and innovation of AI-driven methods? Are you creative when it comes to visualizing and communicating data? Then you have the opportunity to join the growing and ambitious analytics team at INVI.
We are therefore looking for people who are methodologically strong and can work with both quantitative and qualitative data - from collecting to processing and cleaning data, to analysis, visualization, and interpretation of results. As an analyst at INVI, it will be your job to apply our Model for Wicked Problems in practice in collaboration with Chief Analyst Sofie Burgos-Thorsen and the rest of the INVI team.
