Terms and conditions for courses

Signing a contract and contact information

These terms and conditions apply to all agreements entered into between Foreningen INVI - Institut for vilde problemer ("INVI") and a business customer, public institution or similar ("Customer") in relation to the purchase of courses offered by INVI. INVI will be the contracting party for the purchase and our contact information is as follows:

Foreningen INVI - Institut for Vilde problemer
CVR number: 44166542
Snaregade 10B
1208 København K
E-mail: invi@invi.nu

The purchase of courses is considered binding from the Customer's confirmation of the purchase. INVI therefore recommends that the Customer reads the terms and conditions carefully before the Customer enters into an agreement on the purchase of courses.

Pricing

All course prices are quoted in Danish kroner and exclude 25% VAT.

When the Customer has purchased courses, INVI will subsequently send an order confirmation via e-mail.

How to sign up

The customer registers for a course online by clicking the register button. Registrations can be made up to the day of the event. However, INVI recommends registering well in advance, as all courses are limited in number of participants.

If the Customer has any questions about your course registration, they can contact the administrative manager. The contact details for each course can be found on the INVI website.

The Customer's participation applies to the specific course or training program enrolled in. Once a course has begun, the Customer cannot change or postpone their participation by moving to a later class or module.

Return and cancellation policy

There is no right of return or withdrawal on purchases of courses offered by INVI.

Unsubscribe

It is possible to cancel a course free of charge 1 month before the course starts, unless otherwise stated. If you cancel later, and no later than 14 days before the course starts, a fee of 50% of the course price will be charged. If less than 14 days before the course starts, the full course price will be charged.

If the participant at the Customer is prevented from attending a course, the participant may transfer the place to a colleague from the same workplace at the Customer, without prior consent from INVI. However, INVI must be notified as soon as possible after it has been established that the original participant is prevented from attending.

Approximately 1 month before the course starts, the Customer will receive an invoice.

If you need to receive the invoice earlier, this can be arranged. Please contact the administrative manager to arrange this.

Payment must be made within the payment deadline stated on the invoice and payment must be made for the entire course.

The amount covers all activities associated with running the day meetings, excluding transportation.

Interest and default

In case of late payment, INVI will charge default interest and compensation fees per commenced month after the due date of the invoice until payment is made in accordance with the provisions of the Interest Act. INVI charges a reminder fee of DKK 100.00 for each payment reminder sent out. Failure to pay after the due date may result in legal collection without further notice, and INVI may charge collection costs in accordance with the provisions of the law.

In case of Customer's default in payment, INVI is entitled to withhold further deliveries or parts thereof to the Customer without incurring liability. INVI is furthermore entitled to terminate the breached agreement after the Customer has defaulted on a payment obligation. If INVI terminates an agreement as a result of Customer's payment default, INVI shall be entitled to damages in accordance with the general rules of Danish law.

Reservations

INVI reserves the right for printing errors, price errors, VAT and tax changes.

INVI further reserves the right to cancel courses in the event of insufficient enrollment, illness or other circumstances beyond INVI's control.

In case of cancellation of a course, INVI will find a new date for the course. If the customer is unable to attend the course on the replacement date, the payment will not be refunded. If the course is not held on another date, the amount will be refunded proportionally.

Force majeure

In the event of force majeure, including strike, lockout, fire, flood, state of war, import and export bans, government measures, theft, vandalism, epidemics, pandemics or other events beyond INVI's control, INVI is entitled to postpone or cancel courses.

In the event of postponement or cancellation, the Customer may neither claim damages nor make any other claim against INVI.

Data protection

In connection with the organization of courses, membership lists are distributed to the individual participants with names, titles and e-mail addresses. The membership lists are solely for the participants' use and for internal administration. The membership lists are shared as a result of INVI's and the Customer's legitimate interest in being able to administer the courses, cf. Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation.

If the participant does not wish to share this information, the participant can object by contacting INVI at invi@invi.nu or contacting the employee with whom the participant has previously been in contact.

Changes

INVI reserves the right to change prices and terms of trade if necessary, including in the event of changes in legislation, regulation or practice.
